La Cuccagna

Situated just off the Sliema seafront, La Cuccagna is a charming family-run restaurant extremely popular with locals. The menu offers a variety of pizzas, pasta, salads, starters, burgers and meat dishes. One can choose from a selection of twenty two different pizzas which include the signature pizza ‘Cuccagna’ or the ‘Chef’s Pizza’ as well as the ‘Al Salmone’, ‘Laguna Blu’ and ‘Lombardia’ all made with fresh ingredients. There is also a selection of hearty pasta dishes to choose from which include ‘Penne all’arrabbiata’, ‘Spaghetti Pescatore’, and ‘Farouk’ as well as home made ravioli. The special pasta of the day according to the chef’s choice is always available and can be seen written on the blackboard. La Cuccagna also offer GLUTEN FREE pasta and pizza dishes as well as frozen pizza bases which come in a packet of two and can be bought for Lm 0.50 (€1.17).
