J M Vassallo Vibro Steel Limited supplies a large number of steel profiles including I, H and hollow sections, angles channels and plates. All members are certified and specified to comply with the European standard EN 10025. We also offer the service of automated drilling and cutting of steel sections to any length. The plant runs on a fully computerized process capable to import clients CAD drawings, thus producing connection designs as specified. Steel sections are precisely cut to a tolerance of +/-1mm and can be cut at the desired angle as specified. Drilling on sections which include beams and plates can be carried out from top and sides using different drill diameters. Treading can also be applied to the drilled holes. Processed profiles are marked for easy identification. Section members from stock are available in either S235 or S275 grade steel. Other grades are also available on order. Some of the sections mentioned below are also available as galvanised. A number of protective liquid coating materials to protect steel sections from corrosion are also available from our premises.
