Vellmann Contracting Ltd is the first company in Malta to introduce the semi-dry screed, which is the system used internationally as a sub base for almost all floor finishes being ceramic, marble, parquet, carpeting, etc.. The pumps are specifically designed to mix the material and convey via rubber hoses directly to the point where works are being carried out up to vertical/horizontal distance of 150meters. The system eliminates the use of cranes and it can reach areas where conventional equipment cannot reach.The actual leveling is done using a state of the art machine to yield a flat surface which finishes can be glued with their respective adhesives. The screed can be done to falls as necessary.
