JM Vassallo Vibro Blocks Ltd. specialises in the manufacture and processing of steel reinforcement elements for the use in reinforced concrete structures, together with the supply of cut to length steel section members.

Steel reinforcement - we produce any form of steel reinforcement elements including welded steel fabric mesh, rebars, stirrups and lattice girders. Reinforcement can be supplied cut and/or bend as required or according to Shape Codes listed in the standards.

We also produce and supply complete assembled beams, columns, piles and any other forms of steel reinforcement elements. The plant runs on a fully computerized process capable to import clients CAD designs and process them to specifications.

All production and processing of steel reinforcement is tested in the Company’s in-house material testing laboratory, hence providing an optimum quality traceable product.

Steel section members - we supply a large number of steel profiles including I,H and hollow sections, angles channels and plates. All members are certified and specified to comply with the European standard EN 10025.

Members can be cut to the required length and angle. We also offer drilling, threading, welding and cutting services on steel sections. CAD formats can also be imported to produce connections as specified.

Galvanised welded wire mesh - we also manufacture and supply galvanised welded wire mesh. This is a versatile and hardwearing material used worldwide for agriculture, farming, domestic and building construction applications. Galvanised meshes are ideal for perimeter fencing and barriers, enclosure works, opening guards and for security purposes. Galvanised welded wire mesh can be supplied in rolls or in sheets and cut to length as required.
