Kosco Management Services Ltd is recognised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as a fund administration services provider.  The company provides a range of professional, accounting, administrative and tax services to a wide portfolio of local and overseas clients. Other services include business valuations, divisions and mergers and the preparation and submission of business plans. Through a related company we also provide fiduciary services.
While the company is managed by Kenneth Dimech, a qualified accountant in public practice for the last twenty years, the person heading the fund administration department is Karl Schranz who holds an M.Sc in quantitative finance and risk management and has experience in the pricing of various complex instruments.
