Dance Academy's firm belief that 'dancing is fun' and 'healthy' is borne out by the variety of disciplines taught at the school. The dance teachers develop the 'fun' element in their instruction, nurturing the student's passion for dance and cultivating an appreciation of dance, in its many forms. They also encourage the student to develop poise and self confidence, as well as developing an awareness of fitness, - the 'healthy' aspect of dance. Classes are offered in classical ballet, modern jazz, contemporary and Spanish dance, from the age of three upwards. The student is prepared for internationally recognized dance examinations leading to a professional career in dance.
