Spice Up Your Life at this Year’s Swieqi Fest

Ready to feel the zig-a-zig-ah? Although we’re still not sure what that means, what we do know is that the Spice Girls were the epitome of girl power and all things fun.
They had a knack for creating infectious pop anthems, blending them with bold, colourful fashion and a playful attitude that made them a global sensation.
And now that infectious energy is coming to this year’s Swieqi Fest thanks to the amazing Spice Girls UK tribute group! On Saturday 14 September, this talented tribute act will transport you back to the '90s, bringing all the nostalgia with their spot-on costumes, energetic choreography, and, of course, iconic hits.
The message from the Spice Girls was all about unity and having fun which perfectly sums up this year’s addition.
Swieqi Fest 2024
The twelfth annual Swieqi Fest will take place from the 13th to the 15th of September at the Swieqi Civic Centre from 6pm onwards. Aside from being a music festival, the three-day event will feature a number of eclectic, artisanal stalls from both local and foreign artists.
And when it’s time to refuel, visitors can visit the food stall near the stage and indulge in some classic fest food. With entrance free, it’s the perfect way to experience the vibrant spirit of the Swieqi Fest with family and friends.
Emma Muscat, Chasing Pandora and more
Alongside the Spice Girls Experience, the festival lineup includes a host of talented artists. Emma Muscat, Malta’s own international star and rising sensation in Italy, will dazzle with her powerful vocals and dynamic performances.
Plus, enjoy live music from a variety of acts, including Lara and the Jukeboys, Skarlet, Ryan Hili, The Alchemists, Kevin Paul and Joe Roscoe, Claudia Faniello, Vinyl Paradise, and the much-anticipated return of Chasing Pandora. So grab your friends and family, and get ready to spice up your life with a weekend full of fun, music, and unforgettable memories. See you there!
